So who am I, well I’m probably not all that different from you. Yes I’m a business owner, therapist and expert in the field of digestive wellness but I’m also a sister, an aunty, a girlfriend, a mother to 2 scatty but lovable cats and last but not least a former IBS sufferer. So now that we have “who I am” out the way, you probably want to know why I do what I do? So here goes… After spending a number of years suffering from a vast array of illness and discomfort, I discovered Kinesiology. It changed my life, I was no longer ill all the time, I lost weight, allot of weight in fact and became the much healthier version of me you see in the picture here today. More than 10 years on I have since trained in various kinesiology, nutrition and anatomy courses, I founded Body Sync in 2010 and now I’m better known as the Digestion Detective. Its a huge privilege to say that I have literally helped hundreds of people with their health issues and continue to do so using the various skills and knowledge I have in natural and alternative healthcare. On top of running the online radio show, The Digestion Detective Show I’m a keen health writer and regularly contribute to various publications which have recently included Health & Fitness magazine, Daily Mirror, Prima, Cosmopolitan and Women in Trade magazine. But why have I done all this? The answer is easy, I want to help those just like me. There’s a minefield out there when it comes to healthcare, I know, I tried to find my way through it without success for a long time. I have set up this place to hold your hand through the fields, give you simple guidance that works and work well.
