Oh boy - Sam is relentless and really knowledgeable when it comes to matters residential property. She has an eye for what's right and what's wrong and she won't stop until ALL of the rough edges, (anything that's stopping a house from selling) have been knocked (or smoothed) off. Anyone who has a property that just won't sell and it's causing pain - just call Sam for honest advice. She'll call it as it is - no bull - no holding back. . What's obvious to you, me and Sam sadly isn't obvious to a lot of vendors. She'll tell them what's what, not in a nasty way but in a way that'll get them motivated to get the house sold. She's brilliant and I love her to bits for it.
