Developing Advisory Boards for Strategic Business Growth

One of the most underutilized tactics for business growth is the development and leverage of a board of advisors. This is a great way to bring expertise to a startup in a way thast lends credibility, while bolstering relationships with key business-impact players. Very few companies even at the highest level fully understand the value and impact of this, nor how to do it properly for max return with little to no investment of resouces.

Continuity Programs

I built a contunuity program that required 3 hours per week of my time, yet had just under 10,000 subscribers at between $10 and $29 per month. I can speak to building real income from basic knowledge and services, and how to deliver at ever level within the vertical, while aligning cleverly with joint ventures in parallel non-competing partners for maximum growth. This would include crowd-sourced content, affiliate incentives, and self-propelled growth from a bootstrap inititaive.
