Rob is a seasoned Brand Strategist.
His expertise is in helping brands become their best future self. He does so using a methodology refined over 25 years that features conducting qualitative research, developing brand architecture, and building a strategic, unique, and powerful brand position.
Brands turn to Rob during transitional periods such as new leadership and M&A activity, or when they just desire to change their perception in the marketplace. He helps facilitate change by developing an authentic brand narrative that leverages the company’s core assets, accurately reflects its offer, and infuses just enough aspiration to move it to its next iteration.

Rob has deep and broad experience in financial services, technology, professional services, consumer products, manufacturing, and higher education.
Prior to founding Leverage Advisors, Rob was a Principal at Brand Blueprint, a brand strategy firm. Earlier still, he held senior marketing positions at three pioneering online companies, each of which was acquired by larger concerns. His early career was at leading advertising agencies in both New York and Boston, working on high-end, global brands.
The former "Marketing Strategies” columnist for The Wall Street Journal, Rob has been widely published and is a guest lecturer at the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
Rob graduated from Connecticut College with degrees in English and Art History.
