Robert came to the call prepared to share high-value ideas for moving the needle on our project. We came away from the conversation with actionable feedback and suggestions to implement.
Was very uninterested and not proactive in helping us
Great and impactful advice.
Robert has so much experience in developing brand culture! He provided great insight that will help us grow our company to the next stage.
As an entrepreneur without formal business education I needed some quick advice about a start-up concept. Robert gave me key timely advice that will likely save me money and heartache as I get started in my new venture.
Great conversation with Robert. Very knowledgeable, practical and efficient! Chris
Robert was extremely helpful. He was exactly the person I needed to talk with -- just the right expertise and experience.
A truly remarkable individual with a capacity for entrepreneurial vision that I have rarely encountered. His marketing savvy, coupled with his genuine insight into human nature make him a superbly effective executive for whom it was a sincere delight to work.
Robert is not only a delight to speak with, his integrity and ability to generate excitement and interest is unparralled. The emotional component of his conversation is contagious...............bright, intelligent, fun........what more could you want?
Robert Richman is a terrific person to have on your team, especially when you are trying to get a lot of work done in a rush. He is cheerful, diligent, honest and a solid team player. Robert brought innovative solutions to our startup company. He did not require a great deal of management: instead, he was a self starter who could make excellent decisions and follow through to completion. Highly recommended.
We expected a professional, entertaining keynote speech, which we got, but then Robert read the crowd and pivoted into "coaching mode" to deliver a remarkable result. Robert did an astonishing job working with a group of over 100 experienced coaches & OD professionals to help us get back in touch with our deepest motivations, direct tremendous energy, and commit to specific actions towards our shared goals. The speed and ease of his guidance was breathtaking. To take a group of people who "know what you are doing and how you should do it" through such a process is generally a challenge but he made it look easy. Robert is very, very good at group facilitation for organizational development. Great speech with lots of laughs, too.
