Rob began his business experience in 1975 by starting, building and selling businesses. His first business (which he sold in 1977) is still profitable and operating in St. Catharines, Ontario.
After moving to Vancouver and training at BCIT, he started and still operates two corporations involved with construction, equipment rental, property management and finance. You want a coach that can relate to the pressures that business owners face in the real world.
In 2000 Rob decided to share his experience with others by becoming a business coach. Helping other great business people cut short the hard lessons and offering sensational strategies for success has been very rewarding.
Representing ActionCoach Canada, Rob has coached over 180 business leaders one-on-one to achieve the success they were hoping for. As a successful Business coach, Rob has been training other coaches (as a coach’s coach) since 2002 and is consistently awarded for the highest client retention rate (a true measure of success) in the entire ActionCoach group of 1200 offices worldwide.
