I have known Ritesh A. Sarvaiya for a decent period of time. On and off, we have worked together and consulted on various projects that have led me to know this person from a better perspective. All I can say is that Ritesh is a prime example of hard work, dedication and above all: a solid character.
I’d say that in the business world, character matters a lot. It doesn’t matter if you have made a name for yourself, or are struggling to make one; character is something that signifies your destiny. Ritesh is a game changer. He has gathered his past experience of people dealing from Wipro and Reliance InfoComm – and now he is utilizing it to head Defencely.Com.
Other than character related attributes, professional handling and ethical business are two things that can be associated with Ritesh. He is always mission oriented; keeping his eyes on the horizon and never turning back once he has made a decision. I wish for the best and only best for Ritesh, his team mates, and all his future endeavors in life.

Ritesh has amazing people skills. When I got to know him, I didn’t exactly know as to where he polished those skills. I was curious and that’s when I stumbled upon different interviews of Mr. Ritesh Sarvaiya as the founder and CEO of Defencely.Com. This company is his latest venture in the niche cloud security businesses hailing from India.

However, what really impressed me was that Ritesh honed his skills from door-to-door salesmanship as soon as he graduated. He’d sell newspapers and glucose bottles. From a near angle, these stints can hardly be classified as “jobs”, but a top down approach to this level of work tells huge volumes about Ritesh’s excellent people dealing skills.

He has an art of acquiring investment portfolios, impressing clients and driving results way before deadline. To the best of my knowledge, all I can say is that this man will be going a great distance in future, down that road, which we all call “success.”

For the last decade, I have been associated with online projects and the overall IT sector. Therefore I can say for sure that I know a spade when I see it. I always wanted to be the best and a professional when it came to marketing my skills in the World Wide Web community – and that’s how I met Ritesh Sarvaiya.

Through my associates at Trunkoz, I had already heard about Ritesh as the CEO of Defencely. It was sheer pleasure in getting to know this guy a little more than the rest of the world. For one thing, he is a visionary. Nothing inspires him more than hard work and a will to achieve goals in time.

Secondly, no matter what happens, Ritesh has a knack for keeping his eyes on the horizon. I have seen people who give up when the odds start shifting against them. However, this man keeps himself at it, which is indeed a very difficult endeavor to handle.

Ritesh has come a long way from where he took off in life because he has always been mission oriented. His best interests always lie in any project if he is heading it independently or in any company if he is a part of it. Therefore, it will not be a surprise at all to see him going a decade’s stretch in future soon. Mark my words.

Social Media is a huge industry within the unlimited confines of what we call the World Wide Web community today. I meet hundreds of new people each day, and it is not possible for me to remember every client. Ritesh, however, by a long shot, will always be in my good books because he has that spark in him. It is something I can’t give words to; you’ll have to meet the guy in person to feel that aura.

From strategic point of view, Ritesh is always a +1 to any team he either becomes a part of or oversees. Joining his ongoing projects has indeed been a privilege for me. I am sure that in days to come, we will all meet new vistas of unparalleled success.

Ritesh and I are thousands of miles apart; stretched over a profound degree of character traits, family values and cultural heritage. In midst of seeing him deal with Defencely (a soon to be breakthrough cloud security business in a few months from now) I can say for sure that he’s a professional bully, but in a nice way.

The guy knows how to get things done; how to get the ball rolling and how to achieve targets. I’ve known him for over a year now, and within this little duration, Ritesh’s mode of conducting business as a head has been a learning experience for me.

Above all, what really inspired me was Ritesh’s sense of initiative to take on new projects. He will always have a strategic advantage in any field because of his knack for seeing where others don’t see; connecting where others don’t delve in and shrinking the distance between goals and results - But that’s all professional talk.

I knew Ritesh quite well during my early years with Wipro BPO while I was heading AOL Process out of Powai. Ritesh was extremely hard working, humble, willing to walk the extra mile & an eye for details which is so critical for an MIS person. He used to bring many a analysis to my notice which sometimes his peers might have also missed. This basically came from an indepth knowledge of the process.

As I moved to other regions within Wipro I heard about his entrepreneurship Zeal & the challenges he continues to take even today like only a leader can. I wish him well & know for certain that his learning abilities & adaptibility will ensure success in the near future.
