RB$2.50/min per minuteNew ArrivalAdvice, Direction, Guidance on the Ever-Changing Current Music Business.Rick Bisceglia • Red Bank,NJCreated a year ago in Business / Career AdviceHi, this is Rick. I'm here to give you practical, strategic and real world advice. You'll get constructive advice on today's music business, and I'll help steer you in the direction you're passionate about. Also can give strategic advise to any business since it's also about the people business as well. Please read my Bio below. Looking forward to sharing my perspective with you. Sincerely, Rick Bisceglia I have spent over 30 years in music related businesses including radio, record labels, and music research. My main career centered in the record industry working for BMG and then Sony Music. At BMG/Arista Records I was Executive Vice President of Promotion reporting directly to president Clive Davis. Here, one of my responsibilities was Radio Promotion where my team and myself promoted artists to US radio stations in which we would spearhead all campaigns to radio stations at multiple formats and genres by creating and utilizing the best strategic roadmap. I've helped launch/advance many careers including Whitney Houston, Kenny G, Annie Lennox, TLC, Toni Braxton, The Grateful Dead, Notorious B.I.G., and Barry Manilow just to name a few. After that I started a record label with Mariah Carey called Crave Records, a division of Sony Music. Most recently I created a research company with radio industry legend Guy Zapoleon that became a part of iHeart Media. This company provided data that showed the hit potential of songs before release. This information was used by record labels, managers, the artists themselves, and radio stations.Rick Bisceglia Red Bank,NJNew Arrival
