Ricardo is a lot of fun to work with. He setup and maintained all of our release infrastructure and automation systems running on Jenkins. He was the go to person for systems and ops. We worked together creating installation packages for our solution. He's the kind of person who looks at a problem and doesn't back out until he gets the job done. Ricardo was my "go-to guy" on the QA team for setting up new test environments and setting up new interoperability testing with other products in our customers' environments. He worked well with the development engineers on reproducing bugs and verifying fixes. He was always willing to help out cross-organizationally, for example, helping marketing set up demos.
