Was very well versed in the cloud / DevOps space.

Ricardo is a lot of fun to work with. He setup and maintained all of our release infrastructure and automation systems running on Jenkins. He was the go to person for systems and ops. We worked together creating installation packages for our solution. He's the kind of person who looks at a problem and doesn't back out until he gets the job done. I would love to work with Ricardo again and would highly recommend him to any team.

Ricardo is an IT/OPs jack-of-all-trades that helped us with too many
things to list here, including product installer, cloud deployment,
build and IT systems. With product requirements frequently changing at late notice he did an excellent job to get things done
with great quality and on time. Ricardo is one of those guys
who always seem to be available on IM which comes real handy when critical systems experience hiccups and need
to be looked at odd hours.

If you would like a complex build process that builds on five different OS platforms, generates secure keys, remotely and automatically pre-install software from master servers - and a database web application to track it all - Ricardo has done this.

Ricardo is a technically strong engineer with deep understanding of virtualization, networking, server and application administration. At SnapLogic, we depend on these skills of Ricardo to both setup and maintain our cloud service infrastructure, our build/release processes and our QA/development infrastructure. He carried this heavy responsibility with a smile and worked startup hours to make things happen. In addition, his versatility allowed him to play various engineering roles in the organization. I believe Ricardo would be a valuable member of any team with his skills, experience and can do spirit.

Ricardo is a dedicated ops engineer who can get things done quickly and reliably. Among many other projects, Ricardo helped me deploy several cloud-based Hadoop installations for testing and development in short order.

Ricardo was my "go-to guy" on the QA team for setting up new test environments and setting up new interoperability testing with other products in our customers' environments. He worked well with the development engineers on reproducing bugs and verifying fixes. He was always willing to help out cross-organizationally, for example, helping marketing set up demos. Whenever I gave him technical tasks and time frames, I knew I could count on Ricardo to get the job done. Ricardo also was willing to put in the extra time and effort when needed to meet the release schedules. Ricardo has a solid understanding of system admin, networking and QA.
