Rahul is my product manager in CISCO. As a Product Manager, Rahul is a true pillar during the entire product life-cycle process. His ability to gather information and make strong business decisions is truly exceptional. He has a knack for thinking outside box and turning vision from paper to reality. He has Analytical and strategic thinking skills which are key ingredient for being a product manager. He is full of ideas and really think from a customer point of view. His ability to listen and understand his clients' needs allows him to consult effectively.
His calming personality makes you feel completely comfortable. His focus keeps everything moving smoothly, he makes sure all the deadlines are met, and makes sure that whatever project he is working on meets the highest standards. He is always encouraging and positive. Rahul makes things happen!
His ability to clearly articulate and lead the product strategy made him an invaluable asset in those cases where a prospect needed to see and believe the vision of where the product was headed. In front of customers, Rahul is a statesman: a thorough professional, an excellent listener, and always seeking the common ground. Within the company, he is a collaborative team player, and can be relied upon to lead multi-functional projects diligently and through example. He is an independent and customer focused strategist.
He is one very critical piece of this puzzle called NHF and One Portal and one of the key driving force in making them multi-million dollar products. He had successfully led the two of these products through multiple releases and made a pure success story.
He is one of the best product manager one can have. I have enjoyed all of our encounters and recommend him very highly!

I particularly liked Rahul's sense of focus on quality, diligence on assigned tasks, and collaboration skills. Technically dug deep on issues at-hand and a great team player. He would be a great addition to any team and should be considered strongly for any role he is wishing to pursue.

Source: LinkedIn Mandeep Bhogal Oct 18, 2013I have worked with Rahul in two different roles. First he was network solution test lead and the second as a Product manager. As for the solution test lead he was in charge of developing and implementing a comprehensive solution test for wireless enterprise infrastructure designed for various vertical market (i.e. healhtcare, education, business office,..etc). As for the product manager he was in charge of products used by professional services to enhance data gathering for product usage, outage, and SLA analysis.
Rahul is one of those guys who keeps Calm and Carrys on to gets his work done quietly! His technical background and in depth understanding of network solution helps him to excel as a product manager. He focus on the details of his work and ensure that all the "t"s are crossed and "i"s are dotted. He is an excellent team player and easy to work with. He is very aware of the functional boundaries and knows when to escalate if issues needs attention.
He is a great asset for his team and lookforward to work with him again.
