Regardless of whether you have access to a gym or some floor space at home, I can curate a specific workout plan, suitable to your current level of ability, to improve your fitness and achieve your goals.
I can provide you with postures to stretch areas that you feel are restricted. As well as information on when, how long and how to properly perform to reduce risk of injury
Why: Stretching regularly is a very important way to care for the body and maintain our range of motion, good posture and overall wellbeing.
I have experience teaching others in how to gain flexibility since 2013 and have been practicing yoga since 2015.
