You were looking for paypal integration with your existing application or shopify? Many of the platforms providing the integration option to receive the payment via paypal. If you have custom application you have write the code for integration.
If looking for direct payments, you have to issue invoice through paypal and receive on account. FYI, some country does not have paypal seller account. You have to use alternate providers like stripe or you country based application.
