Life Coaching: What is your greatest challenge in terms of mindset for your career?
AB
AB
Amber Bollinger, Entrepreneur and Leadership & Business Coach answered:

My greatest challenge in my career both as a high level leader and in credit consulting has been rising above where I came from and believing in myself. Only you, deep down knows what you are capable of and if you don’t believe in yourself and know your worth no one else will. I always thought it was too arrogant, but confidence is something completely different.

Everyone is unique and brings to the table their own experiences and skill set. As you get older and gain experience your confidence with grow and you will have real life knowledge to add to your resume which is always the best teacher but just remember that no two people are the same and each one of us brings to the table something different. Always know your worth, be authentic, humble, open minded, and willing to learn.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss this further in more detail please reach out, I would love to speak with you
