well it all depends on what your expertise would cover, if you were to offer out medical advice people are much more likely to just go to their doctor, clarity is rarely a first port of call in a medical context. If you were to offer out teaching then you won’t be in a lot of students budgets, you would need to find a way of making your skill sellable to target audience.
Decide what your target audience would and what expertise you can actually provide in that area.
