Assalam Alaykum Is it ok to take in job where alcohol is served to the customers without employees involvement?

My husband manages the Quality inn and suites ( hotel ) and have a possible chances of getting in to Holiday inn. I find out out they have restaurant and bar services too.
He will get paid to manage the property. Different staff will have responsibilities of restaurant and bar. He will also not get any profit from the business.
Is it ok to get that job?
