MenuI am new to Clarity as an expert and I just got my first request for a call. How do I take that call?
Do I log into Clarity and wait for the client to call me on Clarity? I have never accepted a call before.

Clarity will generate the call details including a phone number to dial in. Both the parties must join the call using the number and extension.

Easy: answer questions. I love to focus on questions within my defined area of expertise that don't have any answers already posted. I check this almost daily and jump in on questions I feel that I can add value to. You can also review other questions that have answers already, and offer your insights. Your message may be slightly different than other experts -- but there is beauty in that! Not every user will identify with every expert. Most of the consulting calls I have booked as a result of Clarity come from folks who read my answer to a question, not the original user who posted the question. I check Clarity answers every day looking for good questions to answer. I find that many people don't write questions that allow me to truly help them because their questions lack detail and lack context of their particular situation so I can only provide generalizable advice or answers. My advice to everyone is provide as much detail as you can and write a question that solicits a very specific answer. I will answer those questions every single time.TW

What does clarity do really well? And what could clarity improve on in the future?
Their phone system works really and simply delivers what is expected. I think having an availability time calendar would be very beneficial so that scheduling matches our availability. Being able to record calls and charge clients an additional fee for that would be great. Also, screen sharing would be good too.AH
