I love business and love helping customers. A mentor would be appreciated.
Best place to start is your WHY. Your why represents your purpose and what makes you get out of bed in the morning. It gives you endurance during the difficult times because you have a higher motivation that's not linked to a paycheck. Yes earning money is great but your why is more important than that. It transcends worldly things and is a much deeper part of you.
Some great questions to ask yourself is:
1. What are you good at? natural or learnt abilities.
2. Do you lose track of time when you do a particular task? is there a career in this?
3. What breaks your heart in the world?
4. What have people complimented you on about your personality that could be used in a career? E.g. Teachers require alot of patience
Definitely ask your friends and family what they think you are good at and what stands out for them about you. You could get some valuable insight from this.
Best of luck!
I felt you need answers to following questions.
- What is success as defined currently over 1,3,5,10,20,30,50...years, (you do not need all the answers right at start but need to find them over time.)
- Where do you want to go
- Where are you currently
- What are the steps to get you where you want to go
- What is the plan of action for the above
- What is the review process
Hope this helps. Let me know if you want to talk. All the best.
If you are looking to start a business, then you need to start by identifying a market gap. A market gap will tell you what people value. Once you see the market gap, then you must provide the good/service identified by the gap and collect payment. That is how you start a business.
If you are looking to make the most out of your life, then you must look inside yourself and determine what things you value. Then you must check your playbook and see who has been the greatest influence (both positive and negative) on your life. With those things identified, you must set goals related to your values. Set a goal for something you can do in 24 hours. Set a goal for something you can do in a few days. Set a goal for something you can do for a few weeks... and so on.
After you have done those things, let me know and I will tell you the next step. I wish you luck and I believe in you!
Just start where you are right now. Obviously, you have some realistic goals as you mentioned in the question. That's Great.
Choose Business area(sector/service) aligned with your lifegoals and interest and Just start.
Maintain discipline(Must).
Create interest,
Develop self motivation,
And just work without outcome pressure.
Lets develop the buds of your interest in your chosen area for two to three months.
If you maintained the above honestly, you will find your road of success along with Entrepreneurship.
Test and fail practically is far better than not tried and feel failed.
Just go ahead and better start rather than regret of not acted upon.
Wish U great success in your life
Thanks and chill always..

Let go of perfection. Many times, people wait to start until they THINK the time is right. The right time is right now. What mindsets are holding you back? Do you feel not good enough? Do you have support? Having time dedicated each day to your goals is key to taking the BIG picture and breaking it down into smaller steps. Having a mentor who holds you accountable will be so helpful for you! Best to you and feel free to reach out for a quick mindset call!

It is important to note that the extreme of the positive matter is actually negative.
Strong minded or stubborn - this is a common blind spot.
There is no straight answer to your question as human is a complicated living thing.
By keep re-knowing yourself is one of the major task a mentor need to work on you.
I always encourage young professionals to get a mentor as it's the best way to have someone listen to you and provide sound advice. However, to have a beneficial mentorship relationship one requires full commitment and participation. Most successful mentors are busy people and will not chase you around for your time. It requires you to schedule the meetings, plan the expected outcome from the program, do most of the talking and ask lots of questions. Keep an open-mind and find a mentor that you are comfortable to speak your truth with.
The advice I would give to a strong minded person looking to be successful but doesn't know where to start is:
- Think about your passion for business and helping customers a bit more and you will find the clue in there. What exactly do you like to do for customers? That's where your business idea should start from.
- Just begin with whatever idea you have and you will perfect it along the way. As you get on, you will discover what you like and build on it.
- Stop hesitating and just start.
- Believe in yourself. You can do it.
The biggest and hardest challenge of all is that same exact question. See every big or small, complicated or simple things no matter what it is everything has its basics. Try to fully understand the basics and your mind and consiousness plus creativity will do the rest. I'll Give you an example lets see gambling businesses, what i mean by basics is understand why gambling business exist? Business cannot run without profits and just think for a second how much profit a gambling company should have to be run from centuries. Its a total scam, gambling is meant to spent money but not receive. So desperate people who look for shortcut using gambling most likely fails but the rich doesn't care. Even if its 1000's of dollars they dont care, its people like us who fall the victim. So once you understand the basics you will know exactly where to start, why to start and how to start.
