Espera a que llegue el momento y pasara
Hi im Rashi, im happy to assist you. First, make sure you are verified to accept calls and answer questions, this you can find under your profile as a blue application button, please allow 24 hours for your application to be accepted. Once approved you will receive an email notifying you of your ability to see your pending calls once they arrive. I hope this helped.
You're welcome! To check for pending calls and to know when a new expert is awaiting calls at Clarify.fm, you can usually rely on notifications and alerts provided by the platform. Here are some ways you might be notified:
Email Notifications: Clarify.fmoften sends email alerts to inform you of pending calls or when a new expert is available.
App Notifications: If Clarify.fmhas a mobile app, make sure notifications are enabled. This way, you can receive alerts directly on your phone.
Dashboard Alerts: Log in to your Clarify.fmaccount and check your dashboard for any updates or pending calls.
SMS Notifications: Some platforms offer SMS alerts. Check your account settings to see if this option is available and enabled.
Calendar Reminders: If you have scheduled calls, you can set up calendar reminders to keep track of upcoming appointments.
I recommend checking your account settings on Clarify.fmto ensure all notification options are enabled.

Should I offer free or affordable lunch and learns for companies to fill my training retreats, and if so, how should I approach companies?
Hi, Doing lunch and learns is a great way to get the word out about your business. Here's the catch; who are you selling to? Employees may be very interested in what you have to say but do they get to make decisions on how training budgets are spent? It's a real question. In some businesses maybe yes, maybe no. People who are independent sales reps or commission-based may be more amenable to what you're offering. Think of real estate agents, independent sales reps, etc. They have the mindset of running their own business and may be interested in making an investment if you can demonstrate a return on their investment. If you're chasing corporate business, maybe a lunch and learn in a neutral locale is the answer and invite training managers or HR types from many different businesses to attend. Also, you need to question whether people will want a weekend retreat. In my experience, entrepreneurs and the self-employed like weekend events because it doesn't cut into business time. Employees prefer weekday events because they view the weekend time as their personal time. I hope this helps a little. DaveDC

I am new to clarity I became an expert in 3 areas Plants &Gardening, Public Speaking ,and Networking. I am not getting any phone call requests yet.
Hey - as both one of the people behind Clarity, and a very active Clarity expert, I can give you a really simple step that will help a ton. There are other great suggestions in this thread - but this one will help get things moving the fastest. Go to: https://clarity.fm/settings/expert/vip-link - and setup your VIP link to allow free calls - and promote this to a few people you know will benefit from your advice (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc) and let them know you are willing to help for free. Do 3-5 calls like this so you get some reviews. This will boost your visibility on Clarity AND give people who see your profile confidence in booking a call with you. Like with most things - nobody wants to try something that's a total unknown - but with a few solid reviews you'll be well on your way. Then, promote yourself (using your regular link) where your audience is to supplement getting "found" on Clarity - and have a great time doing calls. Feel free to message me if you have any questions about this - more than happy to help.RR

What are some methods to improve the speed in which I'm talking during presentations?
I'll urge you to reconsider. Speaking slowly and clearly in a presentation goes a long way in retaining attention and interest from your audience. I'll quote Paul Graham of Y-Combinator here "Err on the side of speaking slowly. At Rehearsal Day, one of the founders mentioned a rule actors use: if you feel you're speaking too slowly, you're speaking at about the right speed." Presentations can feel "slow" if they lack passion or enthusiasm - but increasing the speed will do little to help on that front. If you haven't yet - record a video of yourself delivering your pitch - it will tell you a lot about where things are falling flat.RR

I get nervous when presenting webinars or online teleseminars. How can I feel confident and deliver good online presentations?
Practice makes perfect! If you have friends, family and/or mentors, practice for them and ask for constructive criticism. If you do it 100+ times and it's all positive feedback, there is no reason not to feel confident. I just went through @INcubes accelerator program - probably practiced my pitch 500+ times for over 100 different people. Everyone had little nuggets of advice that I held on to until the presentation was perfect. I'd be happy to take a call, listen to your presentation, provide some feedback and ask a couple questions to ensure your basis are covered.CR
