MenuHow do I setup a global software web application development business ?
There is good cost arbitrage between India which is a developing country and a developed country like the US or UK. I need to find agencies who are looking to outsource part of their operations to small businesses like mine.. this is a win-win on both sides. But the question is how do I find such partners abroad and initiate discussion ?

There are couple of ways i suggest it based on 15+ years I have in building offshore teams in Asia
1) India is becoming for start-up Hub now. If you want to start small, you can start searching for these companies by technology expertise you can looking for like Data Science, ML etc. You will start seeing search results with new and upcoming agencies. These are companies who are hungry for success and will literally do major development work for small prize..
2) Then there is big fish in tank but still low price . You can partner with companies like TCS , Info and Wipro and try doing a T&M 1 year contract and see if they can offer you right expertise before investing big
Like i said above , India is a IT hub , if you contact any of these companies , they will contact you immediately with proposal but there is no shortage of talent there.
Happy to discuss this on call if you need . I have been in offshore business for multiple years , i can share my experiences with you
In the world of web development, this is referred to as a Content Management System, or CMS, and it complements a website by providing webmasters and website owners with the tools to manage their website’s content themselves. The CMS makes it easy for the webmaster to manage the website’s navigation, SEO, content, and other assets such as images and videos.

How do you find software developers for your business?
Hello! First off thank you for asking us here. My name is Humberto Valle, I'm the founder of Unthink Digital Marketing (www.Unthink.me) although we have some full stack programmers in our team, we don't offer software development as a service, however we do have a partner company that we refer work to. Below are some of our reasoning as to why we trust this company that maybe can help you decide on who to hire as you do your own search. BetaBulls.com is an industry leader when it comes to full stack engineering. After talking with them we found out that they have done some custom platforms for government compliance systems, some IoT for healthcare facilities and some GPS based project management tool for a large construction company. As you look around, ask for transparency from the team, they shouldn't have a problem in sharing previous work or references. As far as BetaBulls.com, their pricing was very flexible. I know they've taken structures of monthly payments with or w/o equity depending on the startup and platform plus they offer a 30 day free trial and or money back guarantee. If you are a software developer (i'm a novice) you would see right off the bat that companies that offer free trial periods is most likely because their customer service and their work is above average. We like to partner with companies that match our ideals and mission and are seeking for ways to help the startup guys and small business entrepreneurs who need more flexibility. As you search, look for a team that be a partner not a hired gun that is just sitting there waiting to be babysat. Hire those who can be teammates even if they work for another company or for themselves.HV

What precautions should a software development agency take to avoid this business loss?
Hello, Congrats on creating your own agency. Software developers and clients often speak 2 different languages and your job is to communicate between then effectively. For your questions 1. This can happen, the agency is the project manager. Manages requirements, user needs, spec document, milestones, payments and everything outside coding. On the next project, they will see your value. 2. I would not mention it, it gives you less flexibility, if you have to change teams or something happens. I don’t see a reason for mentioning it 3. Everything outside the coding - getting clients, creating the spec document, customer care, making sure project on schedule and budget, launching the product, working with design teams 4. The most value a agency can provide is what I call a brain. When things go wrong (and they will) who can solve that problem. The programmer will hit some tough spots in a project and come to you to solve it. You need to know how to handle it and keep the project going. Now if the client worked directly with the agency, this is where your value came in. Last, I would suggest to get into each conversion and understand how everything works, it will help you build a better business, good luck. Cheers, Mukul If you need help, call meMV

What will be the biggest obstacles to offering offshore developer outplacement services to North American clients?
Based on my experience, the biggest challenge is getting the right talent that can pull off a quality work, I have done this by sending out small tasks to different developers and evaluate their works after. (But I guess this isn't your issue since you have 4 yours experience of working together). The next challenge I faced was time difference. Both parties need to be flexible enough with their schedule meaning working in the evening to get things resolved right away. Exchanging email with hours/one-day-delay to reply kills the momentum and motivations. Let me know if you would love to get more information about my experience with outsourcing.DG

We were advised to outsource research Qs & As for our game. Is this safe?
Not sure I fully understand the question. Q & A's you mean tips/tricks/FAQS? Or do you mean QA like quality assurance testing?AL
