The Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant can diagnose and fix several Outlook issues for you, including fixing your Outlook profile. To download and install the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant, click download the tool. Once installed, the application will run automatically.
1. In Outlook 2010, Outlook 2013, or Outlook 2016, choose File.
2. Choose Account Settings > Account Settings.
3. On the Email tab, choose your account (profile), and then choose Repair.
Note: The Repair option is not available if you are using Outlook 2016 to connect to an Exchange account.
4. Follow the prompts in the wizard, and when you are done, restart Outlook.

Marketing emails sent from another domain using our email address - confused about what SPF records we need to add to our DNS records?
Some people will not recieve the email without an spf record. You are correct, the best way is to add any domain the emails appear to come from. If you run your own server and have WHM then you will need to enable SPF for each cpanel account that needs it. Then in cpanel under Email Authentication enable SPF and then add a record in "Include List (INCLUDE):"DC

What are the most reputable email verification vendors? How crucial is this step in email marketing?
Do you have an idea of what kind of invalid emails you are receiving? That will help you determine which vendor is the best fit for you. For example do you consider support@, info@, or postmaster@ invalid, some vendors will weed those out for you? Or are you just concerned with making sure the email has an accurate Domain/MX Record? Will blocking SPAM IP addresses be enough to address your needs, if so you need a vendor who checks agains URI DNSBLs. With that in mind, here's a good blog article about the top vendors. How do I improve email deliverability from a neglected domain?
It always starts with the list. You mention 'non opt-in' lists, which is certainly more troublesome than any domain name. Your best course of action is to get a new domain, re-confirm the lists you have (requiring the subscriber to click through in order to stay on), and only accept confirmed opt-in lists moving forward. It will decimate your mailing list in the short term, but long-term eliminate your deliverability concerns and improve ROI.BI

Closing the Loop on Referrals. Seeking ways to help close or track down referrals done via email systems with trusted parties for compensation?
I haven't come across something that does exactly that. If it's a relatively small number of companies you refer, signing up to an affiliate program for each of them is probably easiest. If the number of brands/companies is bigger, this sounds like something that should be built. Would love to have a quick chat with you on that.AP

What is the most effective way to store emails prelaunch?
My first question is, how did you get these email addresses? If they physically entered them, simply store them in an encrypted spreadsheet or database for importing into a platform. Of course, the best method is utilizing an email service to initially collect those addresses.PH
