Offshore Software Development: How to keep the offshore software development team motivated?

Rileena Sanyal, I deliver amazing content within YOUR deadline! answered:

Hi! Thank you for the question. I have managed several teams and have mentored more than 500 students to thrive as content writers and social media marketers. I believe I can answer your question with expertise.

When it comes to a team, it could be offshore or onshore, you will have to identify one thing that they have in common. It could simply be the hunger to learn more, or the determination to make more money. Whatever that one common string is, build up on it.

I have noticed in my experiences that people love a leader who talks to them with ease and respect, one who wants to know about them. Hence, once you figure out that one(or two) things common among them, make sure you use it to the full potential.

For example, one of my teams consisted of people between 20-25 years of age and they were eager to learn. Finding them demotivated to work regularly, I decided to rejuvenate them. I hosted a one hour free webinar where we spoke about social media marketing, a topic that they wanted to learn more about. And it worked like magic! They have been back on track since then! Of course, I have to keep hosting such webinars regularly!

If you have anymore questions regarding this, feel free to schedule a call with me and I will be happy to help!
