MenuWhat are creative ideas that can be implemented during Covid-19 ?
Hello,
I want to know what are ideas that can be implemented during this pandemic era. Perhaps you can share that is on your mind or what's being applied on your country?

Great question.
Seeing how I'm sure that you value the experts time, just as you value yours, I'll be happy to share some interesting ideas, together with what is going on in my country, during a call.
Best of luck

Hello! There can be tons of things that can be done but most fall into the traditional category. An example of a creative idea in such pandemic could be coming up with a way to get real time info about number of cases in your immediate neighborhood. Such kind of info is usually available with the government but they show the data region/state wise usually. There can be many other ideas too. Have a few in my mind. Let me know if you want to discuss.
P.S: I am new to this platform but old with skills.
Hello. My name is Serg. In my point of view one of ideas is a service where people will collect what the do after quarantine finished. For example: I will go to my favorite restaurant Yoshi Fujiwara and eat sushi. Or: I will go to my favorite shop D&G and buy new clothes for my family. The idea is the remember all wishes and send a reminder when all this situation finished.
We can discuss more details if you are interested in.
Serg.
The best idea that I have is to go with the thing that are demanded the most. For example sanitizer business is selling too much. People need to eat, so you can invest in businesses that produce food or on companies that are open to investor. Last but not least, Have a care when investing because that is though time now where you need to be careful when onvesting.
Writing on www.medium.com. I have made more writing there than I did one my investments the past two months. :)

How can I start a marketing strategy for my bussiness?
It all begins with understanding who your best potential customers are. Spend some very focused time in determining not only who they are (moms; small business owners; homeowners; etc.) but want needs and desires they have. How will these align with your products or services? Also—talk to these people! Don't assume you know who they are and what they are thinking. Otherwise, you could build "a better mousetrap" or launch the greatest business ever (in your mind)...only to find it doesn't resonate with anyone. Narrow your focus as much as possible. It's very tempting early on to try to appeal to everyone ("every woman will love this!), but that is a recipe for disasters. As the saying goes, "The riches are in the niches." Aim for a tightly defined audience and ensure they will be treated like royalty. Remember, it's not about how great you are—or how many features you have or how much better you are than alternatives that may exist. It's about the value you can bring to those potential customers. If you are introducing something brand new into the market, why should they care about it? If you are bringing a new twist on an existing product or service—opening a new shop, starting a consulting business, becoming a Realtor or whatever—why should they consider switching to work with you? Once you understand your ideal customers' persona, the strategy part will be easy. Go where they go—online and offline. Pick a few key channels at first and pour your marketing time and dollars into them. As you grow and have more profits to invest in marketing, you can increase what's working, cut what's not—and experiment with new channels. Finally, think more in terms of objectives, which I like to remember with the acronym PLOT: People—whom you are trying to reach L-a measurable level you are hoping to accomplish O-what outcome you wish to achieve T-Timeframe An example could be: • Invite at least 75 small business owners to attend a free webinar (download an ebook; attend a free tasting; etc.) in exchange for signing up for our mailing list by July 1stBU

What is the best country to start an online marketing and design business in?
I have registered over 20 companies in the last decade and from my experience I can tell you that every country serves a different purpose. I run a small gambling company that I have registered in Malta due to the legality of online gambling there. I have another company registered in Delaware, whilst my main company is registered in the Netherlands. If your business is only online I would advise you to register it in Europe or if you must in the United States in Delaware/Nevada. Credibility wise I would say that registering your company in Singapore or Malta or Costa Rica, will not benefit you much opposed to say Delaware or The Netherlands. I am available for a call if you need anymore help. I am currently doing a promotion for a one time free 15 minute phone call so just send me a message for the discount code.GS

How can I go about finding a business partner for my startup?
Hello! Aside from the typical website platforms, I would recommend using Twitter's hashtags and user handles. Try following and using the ones that your potential prospect or otherwise ideal partners would be following and start sharing about your work, your progress, and outreach for a potential partner. If possible try to be local when doing so. But obviously, some to use include Startups.co, Basecamp, Inc 500, yesPHX, BetaBulls, MPV, Lean Startup, Lean Methodologies, TechCrunch, etc.HV

How can I smoothly transition from full time worker to self-employment?
The ways I've done this in the past are 1) Find some customers that are willing to hire you (or your product) but know that you'll only be free nights & weekends to support/work with them. 2) Find a "partner" (co-founder or other) that's got a flexible schedule that can help build the business while you're at work. 3) Block out nights, mornings and weekends to build the business till you have enough orders to cover 50% of your salary. This might mean 7pm-11pm most nights, and 4 hours each day Sat & Sun. Make progress (sales $$$) and momentum. All that being said, it's risk reward. Sounds like you want to avoid taken the risk, and I get that .. but the upside is always smaller. Unless you put yourself in a position to have to succeed (ex: quitting your job) then you may never make the scary decisions that are required to build a company (like cold calling, going in debt, making a presentation, etc). I'm on company #5 with many other side projects started nights & weekends .. so I get it - but don't be afraid to bet on yourself and go all in.DM

How do you determine if a business idea is worth pursuing?
You ask the customers, and gauge their level of interest. Better yet, get yourself in front of some customers, and instead of telling them what you make or do, ask them what they need. When you notice that many of them need the same thing, and if it is something you can make or provide, you then have a business idea worth pursing.DF
