Does Clarity integrate with any CRM platforms?

At Gun.io we're about to replace our legacy home-grown system for these items with Hubspot. So far we are happy with it. It doesn't do _everything_ but it does enough and it's easy enough to use for non-technical staff. We got it up and running with about a month of dedicated work, mostly on developing the content.

Very interesting concept. You need to understand the value proposition of your product to understand who is the stakeholder that you'll benefit the most. As I see it from your short description you will be obtaining lots of data from the end users (customers). This data is not really of interest to the CRM but to the merchant. Is them who want to understand their client to be able to serve them better. If you go to the CRM they would like it, but to package and sell it again to the merchants :)

The first thing you're going to want to do is to make an export file from the destination CRM, in your case it's SuiteCRM, and pull it into Excel. What I mean is when you export from the new CRM you will have a comma delimited or Excel file with all of the fields required as column heads on a spreadsheet

Great Question! I see you are not looking to spend too much money on this so my recommendation would be to use free tools that will only cost you the time you take to set them up yourselves. 1. Accommodating contacts (engaged vs not engaged, segmenting, custom fields and flexible reporting). For this I would recommend you use Podio. It is free for up to five users and will let you do all that and more. You can set up your templates with all the fields you want (drag & drop) and they are completely dynamic so you are welcome to change them at any point in time. 2. One Place to See All Interactions. I would use Mandrill (from the makers of Mailchimp) to send and track all mail related interactions. They have webhooks that you can use to create all sorts of custom workflows behind the scenes. Of course this also means you can integrate it with Podio's excellent API to keep all your data in the same place. Eventually you could even code in a workflow that would drip customized your content to subscribers using Mandrill. Essentially removing any need for additional software. Best of luck!
