Hi, I am newbie to wordpress, having one questions, any wordpress profession can help? thanks

I want my wordpress site have a "questions and answer" page , there are two ways:1. use plugin, 2, install a professional "question and answer" theme under the secondary directory, and add a link on the main site topbar area.

which is the better choice? thanks

Plugin is easier to install and just go for it. Running a sub directory will require more wordpress and name server setup knowledge including potential secondary wp installation.
