Thinking of opening a business to help people with Virtual Assistants. What niche should I choose?

I have a good manager in the Philippines who promises to help me with opening a "virtual assistant" agency. So my question is, is it a good idea? What market should I target? Should I focus on specifics, like "seo" or "website or social media management" or I should do anything but focus of service? I'm undecided
