Hey! So if you just need it for purely scheduling, Buffer is no-fuss and I would 100% recommend them. BUT if you want to manage comments/engagements, have in-depth reporting and analytics, I would recommend Sprout Social.
I haven't tried Hubspot before, but I've used Sendible and Planable. If you need clients or a "higher up" to approve posts, Planable can do it, but they can't auto post to IG (you have to schedule it, then the phone app notifies you) which is one of the main blockers.
If Sprout Social is out of your budget, I recommend checking out Social Report! It's what I use when I need complete management but I use Buffer for when I need just scheduling.

From my understanding, you're looking for a social media manager platform - like a Buffer or Hootsuite? HubSpot is more known for it's CRM functionalities - I haven't plaid with their scheduler.
You said you're pushing heavy on the videos - are you posting videos?
FB gives more "points" to video content that is created and shared on FB. Their algorithms favor native content VS shared.
I use Buffer - mostly for its simplicity and ease of use. Hootsuite isn't bad either - I've used both platforms, but what kinks are you trying to fix right now? Depending on that, one platform may be strong for what you need to fix than the other.
What have you been using up to this point? Curious to know. Also, why are you looking for a social media management platform now?

all you need to do when selecting a social media management software is look for your own objective. your job is to post video content to social media. but it is unimportant goal. what you should say is : price, quantity, quality of service and mostly number of users.
you must want a low price high quality service. look for which app is giving you lowest price and which app has most users. the app having most users means it is giving good quality of service. else they dont have such a huge number of users.
then offering of low price. use these criterias to search and you will find the app you want.
As a social agency, there are a few things to consider when choosing a social management management system (SMMS) that may not be as important to an individual brand.
Platform support - While you may be primarily focused on a few platforms, video in particular, you want a SMMS that supports a wide range of platforms. For example, if it doesn't support Pinterest, it may be challenging to support B2C retail customers; if it doesn't support both LinkedIn pages and individual LinkedIn accounts, it's not good for B2B; if you're supporting local businesses, it should support posting to Google MyBusiness. If you lock into an SMMS with limited platform support, you limit your ability to support future clients.
Brand groupings - Unless you're willing to log in separately for each client (not out of the question), you want to make sure it's easy to pick all the channels for a client as a group, not have to manually pick them out of a long list.
Platform-specific posts - This is a pet peeve of mine, and many of the popular SMMS don't support this. You want to be able to send out the "same" message with slightly different versions on different platforms. For example, Instagram uses a lot of hashtags; Twitter might use one or two, if you have room, and you might also mention other Twitter users/accounts, and of course, there's a shorter length constraint on Twitter than other platforms. Some platforms support user mentions in Facebook and LinkedIn.
So the same post will vary slightly between platforms, but you want them to all go out at the same time; you don't want to have to compose and schedule them each separately. You also want to be able to aggregate metrics for the performance of the post across platforms.
These are just a few of the things to look at that you might not have thought of.

Remember when you start a business or are an established business you have to decide who is your perfect customer, since not all potential customers are equal, and not all potential customers are profitable. It is likely that the type of customer who is purely price orientated like those on Elance etc. may not be profitable to your overall business success as it is very unlikely they will pay you more in the future. You would be better focusing your marketing attempts on finding customers who do appraciate your work and understand the added value your agency has to offer, than chasing jobs, by people that only value you and your business by lowest price, which is a business model that can only lead to failure.CM

How can I take an idea for a new app and turn it into a real product?
Here are some options: ___Free Options___ 1) Make apps without needing to spend a lot of time learning to code. Look into "MIT App Inventor" (http://appinventor.mit.edu/explore/). It's a very _easy_ way to make pretty complex apps using drag and drop coding. You can find youtube tutorials that will show you how to make your first app within 5 minutes. I've used MIT App Inventor to make prototype apps for many of my ideas, saving me tens of thousands of dollars if I paid a dev to do it instead. Learn to do "real" coding yourself. The main investment will be your time. There are plenty of free resources for learning coding on the web. I'd suggest learning "React Native", it's a relatively new way to code apps, which allows you to make one app that will run on both Android and iOS. 2) Find a software engineer cofounder. Go to Meetups, conferences, local hackerspaces / makerspaces. Hang out on relevant online forums (e.g. https://www.reddit.com/r/startups/ make sure to read their rules for posting before posting though). It won't be easy to find a tech cofounder, your idea will need to be amazing, and you yourself will need to be very passionate and capable in order to convince someone to partner up with you for sweat equity. ___Paid options___ 1) Use developers with less established reputations / portfolios (lower cost, higher risk) Be very wary of freelancers on sites like Upwork, Fiverr, etc. Here are some basic hiring rules: In your hiring script, make sure to ask for all applicants to give their account name for github/bitbucket and Trello. Don't hire agencies, only hire individuals. To get hired, ask them to do a simple task via Trello and submit the code via github/bitbucket. This task should only take them maybe 1 hour. Check the quality of what the applicants and if they deliver it in a timely manner. Keep the 1 or 2 people that do a good job. If you don't do this vetting these "low cost" developers may end up costing a lot in the longer run. 2) Use developers with more established reputations / portfolios (higher cost, lower risk) With this option your app will probably cost > $20k to develop, but it can be worth it if you have a single idea that you know you want to move forward with. As a digital agency (design, development, marketing), what details do you include in a quote/proposal?
I've worked in digital marketing since 1997, led business operations at two digital marketing agencies, and advise digital agency owners on improving the business side of their agencies. Agencies tend to use some version of the standard consulting phases: Discovery, Analysis, Recommendations, and Implementation. Some agencies like to give them cutesy, proprietary-sounding names. In my experience, I'm not sure that really fools anyone. You also want to convey that you understand their problem. When I evaluate proposals by agencies, the biggest problem is talking about the agency and not the client. Focus on how they'll benefit (including likely metrics and potential results), not what you'll do. Milestones and deliverables will depend on the nature of the project. If it's implementation work, you might list typical deliverables (e.g., landing pages, nurture campaigns, or eBooks). If it's strategy work, your deliverables will be the research, analysis, and meetings you do to make recommendations. Beware of getting too specific about granular deliverables -- you don't want to prescribe a solution before you [get paid to] diagnose the problem. Which leads to your second point -- don't give them the plan/strategy you have in mind until they pay for your help. Don't treat your strategy advice like the free coathangers at the drycleaner (so value-less that they're thrown in with your cleaned shirt). Many prospects won't like this. I think you should refuse to do business with them. When agencies deliver spec work (a la 1960s ad agency pitches from "Mad Men"), they're making it harder for everyone else (and themselves), by showing prospects and clients that strategy has so little value, you're willing to give it away. What can you do instead? Position yourself as an expert as solving their problems in their industry niche. (If you call yourself a "full service agency," you're already doing it wrong.) People hire specialists. If you need heart surgery, would you hire the surgeon who does general heart surgery or who's done your specific procedure 500 times? I know I'd pick the specialist-specialist! Instead of sharing specific recommendations, use case studies of how you've solved similar problems for similar clients before. And if you don't have similar clients yet, use the closest analogy you can. You've got to start somewhere. And it's a reminder about doing the same type of work over and over again, rather than jumping around to a million types of projects. Ultimately, don't over-invest in the proposal process. Once it becomes clear someone isn't a good match, gracefully bow out and invest your energies in working with clients who value your expertise by paying for it. Good luck on your proposals! Which link shortener should we use in our social sharing strategy to track our Analytics?
I might suggest starting with Bitly and exploring the possibility of getting a custom branded shortener, which you can set up through Bitly once the domain is purchased. For example, my website is philpallen.com but I shorten all links to philp.al/link so it's more professional. I feel like many other shorteners look like spam, but I'd say your safe with Bitly because it's widely used. A custom one would be even better!PP
