Yeah they should...user meta and groups also an option

I work with Pippin, who writes Restrict Content Pro. They should work fine side by side since they both work on core WordPress storage.

I have worked with many of these kinds of plugins before and have also developed custom plugins myself. Yes, both the plugins should work fine together.
