Have integration with Project Management Systems (Basecamp, Ontraport), Accounting Systems (Xero) etc
Chartmogul is the best one I've found. There are many great ones though. You can even use open source analytics software to build your own.
There are many different software suites that will do this. The most popular one is Jira by a company called Atlassian.
