Question
I'm a speaker and coach. I'm planning an event with some other speakers and coaches and we're looking at having a few different offers from each coach on stage.
I'm wondering how, as the organizer, I should structure the affiliate deal, or how we can all sell from stage in a way that is complementary and mutually beneficial. I'd love to learn what kind of structures other speakers/coaches have seen in the past.
