MenuI am new to Clarity, can someone clarify on if I am the one to start the conversation before being eligible for calls?
Do I start the conversation before I'm eligible for any calls? Until now I have not yet got any calls.

You need to do two things to get calls. First, optimize your profile so it is clean and professional. Make sure you have a picture of yourself and images to go with each expertise offering. Complete all parts of your profile so potential callers aren't turned away by an incomplete, haphazard appearance. After all, without any reviews, your profile content and images are all they have to go on. Read up on copywriting to understand how to make what you are presenting compelling.
Second, spread the word and get your name out there. Answers questions on here for topics you can help people with. Add a link back to your Clarity profile on anywhere you have a presence such as Facebook, Twitter, your website, email signature, etc. Also mention your Clarity profile when you help them with something too so they can follow-up and book a call.
If you need help with any of this, I'd be glad to chat further, just shoot me a message.
If you are asking yourself the question, then you probably know the answer.
It may work to start spamming people, but I really doubt it will. This is a service based on trust, referrals and knowledge.

What is the best project management software out there for creative firms? Agency or video production, if possible.
We use Salesforce for CRM, so we implemented Financial Force PSA. This has been an excellent solution for us, but it definitely requires a lot of customization to represent your business processes (like any holistic solution would).JL

What is the best project management tool for a startup developing and scaling a mobile application?
I tried Basecamp, Jira, Unfuddle, Trello and PivotalTracker before for different projects which were developed with agile approach. All of them worked fine to me and I needed some time to setup my framework and processes there. I think it would be worth checking Trello or PivotalTracker which I personally like more than Basecamp because of better agile oriented structure.DL

How can I structure a contract to bring on a co-founder to help my business when I can't pay them?
Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer nor an accountant, and this is not "professional advice." I have, however, set up a few businesses and had partners. What you need to do is incorporate and then write up an Operating Agreement that lays out the terms of your partnership. Who owns what. How the new partner will "buy into" the organization with their sweat equity. What happens when revenue targets are reached. And how exactly you separate when it's time to move on. Lay these details out and more in your operating agreement. You'll be so happy you did, later. When you incorporate, you may do this on your own...or you may want an attorney or accountant to help. They will know how to set up an operating agreement, but now that you know the term it's likely you can google a template. There'll be a lot of technical mumbo jumbo in there you probably won't need, but the section headers will guide you in the right direction.JK

How do we develop a small-project management workflow, or hire someone to develop it for us?
I don't know how much your workflows vary from project to project which may have some impact on the best way to develop this, but a good starting approach could be to analyze the current workflow(s) that you are using now and then document best practices based on that as well as incorporating research-based best practices into your workflow(s) depending on they type of workflow that needs developed. Checklists, templates, etc. could be developed to assist your staff based on this analysis. Happy to discuss further. I have developed many processes and project plans for IT related processes in the Healthcare sector. SteveSW
