Many popular social media platforms have advertising platforms that can be zeroed in pretty well. For example, Facebook would allow me to select, "People traveling in this location" and then India as a country or specific cities within the country.
I wouldn't just assume that Facebook is the end all be all answer for your question though. You should do some research on which social platforms are popular in India right now and then explore those for advertising opportunities. For example, I came across this article that you might start with: http://www.insidermonkey.com/blog/10-most-popular-social-networking-sites-in-india-357564/

Launch first startup full-time at 20 years old? Or do an exchange in Australia? Very conflicted so any advice is greatly appreciated.
Does your startup absolutely require that you be in Toronto? Why not do both? Take the opportunity of the exchange and start working on your startup on the side (and be ready to get into it in full force when the exchange is finished). I started a company when I was 18 and was traveling the world before I turned 21. I still travel now whenever I feel like, and it has not negatively impacted me in business. In fact, I think it has had a very positive effect as I've learned countless things about people and global markets. Happy to discuss more over a call if you'd like.BM

Any suggestions on how can I get honest feedback from hotel managers regarding an advertising channel that I want to build? Google ads? linkedin?
You can use LinkedIn ads to focus on your specific target audience based on things like: industry, job title and function. Facebook also has specific categories regarding job types, I'm not sure if "hotel managers" is on the list. Best of luck! Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.AJ

If I have a question about licensing software to the travel industry, should I talk to a Clarity expert in licensing, or in travel?
I would say travel industry experts first. Based on what you have described, it sounds like you need to figure out what the market segment within the packaged travel/tourism industry that can benefit from your product. Then look at your competition in that market segment and see how they sell their product. Once you have a good understanding of these, you should then be able to figure out whether licensing is the right way to go or if there are other alternate models. All the best.DD

Can I run my already international business as a foreign student in the USA?
Hearty Congratulations on the Global Success of Your Worldwide (Social Networking) App. However : You Do Urgently Need to Get Yourself an American Immigration Attorney ; so that your F1 Visa Status in the USA will not Adversely Affect your Apparently (Rather) Successful Social Media Venture. Owning an American Company may not necessarily (or automatically) translate into getting a (Full-Fledged) American Investors Visa ; most especially if the USA Visa Officer did not see anything about a Profitable American Company on your F1 Visa Application Form. Find an Experienced USA Immigration Attorney (Quite Quickly). If you are able to get American (or International) Investors to Loan You about One Million Dollars (US$1,000,000), then perhaps the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Programme may (actually) be a Far Much Better Option for You ; most especially if you can employ at least Ten American Citizens in (certain) Economically Deprived Areas. (In Fact) As At Today : US$500,000 could possibly get you an EB-5 Investors Visa ; provided that you Employ about 10 (Ten) American Citizens from Targeted Employment Area (TEA) Zones. Good Luck.PO
