MenuWhat are some proven PLR eBook products that can support sales of around 500 units?
I'm responsible to manage the setup of a new info product marketing intiative to prove the model and potential ROI to my investors.
They'd like to establish an ROI formula based on the sales of an eBook within any specific niche of my choosing.
They're providing sufficient investment to fund the setup and paid traffic strategy of a pilot program.
For the 60-day trial, they want me to leverage a PLR product rather than create something from scratch.
Would you happen to know of a great PLR product that has proven success/traction within any particular niche? Obviously it needs to have sufficient capacity to scale for sales of around 500 units. Price point of $7-$9.
Appreciate any…

Based on Radio and TV ads in the US, anything about flipping houses, weight loss, making money the easy way.
Watch late night TV where you are and see what is selling on Infomercials, trust me if they are selling it as an infomercial, there is probably profit in what they are trying to sell.

Figure out your niche first - then look at what is out there for PLR content, or what others are offering. You can write an ebook, or have it written, for a small investment, and the turn around is quick.
PLR is a very lazy method, and converts at a low rate, because its just not original. Create something new.

Do you have a proven well converting sales funnel that can be used for selling men's dress shirts online that we can use as a template?
Hi there, I'm gonna tell you the truth: there's not any "proven well converting sales funnel" at all! Don't waste time on that question, is the wrong question you're asking yourself. As the founder of a Conversion Rate Optimization company, having worked on hundreds of different websites and e-commerce and having brought hundreds of millions of additional revenue optimizing checkout processes and conversion funnel .. Here's the delusion: what works on a website doesn't work on another website. Why? Because it's a different story and it should be treated accordingly. If you have the brand awareness of Amazon there are stuff and strategy that works there, that are not the same stuff and strategies that will work on your website. So the question you should ask yourself is: what would build so much-value for my customer and so much so that they will take the next step towards the funnel until they reach the macro-conversion I want them to take? Here a few hint to understand your customer mind and then translate those finding into actual concrete ideas that will lead your website to an increased conversion rate: 1. Use tools such as "qualaroo" to survey your customer on the funnel, especially the visitors that shows an exit intent; 2. Run an usability testing trough usertesting or similar to understand their thought and feeling while surfing your website; 3. Configure a funnel in google analytics and check which step of the funnel are loosing the most customer, then run a survey on that page and run ab test accordingly to your findings. A couple of advice for your website: 1. There's not a clear unique value proposition: why should I buy from you rather then the competition? 2. I can't see any reference to shipping cost and delivery estimates on the checkout, this is something your users want to now "upfront"; 3. Add a guest checkout feature, forcing a sign-up might prevent your customers to buy (check on analytics as well). Those ideas are the first one that came to my mind in 5 minutes ;) Good luck! LucaLM

What is the process of productizing a service? Also what are some good examples of productized services that have scaled?
2 different categories come to mind. H&R Block or other tax preparation services. The second is restaurants. This may seem like a product more than a service but I think it truly falls into the category of service, especially if you look at the national chains. Think Applebee's, TGI Fridays etc. The reason people go to these places is because of the experience they receive. The franchisors have created a system that generates nearly identical results nationwide. The first thing you need to do is figure out what makes your service superior to others out there, then you need to figure out how and why this is the case. From there you need to document it and make sure that you have a mechanism in place to ensure compliance. Granted that is a huge amount of work, but the basic premise is quite simple. You want all of the people you hire to do things more or less the way you would do them.MF

How to figure out the product market fit for your new launched product and service?
Sorry, but this question is a bit backwards. You need to have an audience/need for your product or service BEFORE you create it. Having said that, I'd go back to the basics: a) create a niche b) determine an ideal client profile c) design a business planMM

How do you convert your users into evangelists, to push your product? The product in discussion is a map based product (both navigation & travel apps)
If you want long term evangelists you're going to have to think outside of the relationship between your product and the customer and focus specifically on the customer. Identify the influencers who are already engaging your brand through social media channels and see what you can learn about them. If their profile picture is them playing an instrument, you might send then a gift card to Itunes or Guitar Center. In Short: Spend a little money and show your interest in them instead of just rewarding their interest in you. I had Wheat Thins send me a box of crackers and that was cool but I sent one tweet out and was done. General Electric saw that I was wearing a Batman shirt and sent me a really cool book as well as a hand written thank you note. I regularly engage and promote content about GE.MB
