MenuOn which platforms can I find a reputable Growth Hacker for hire?
This question has no further details.

The reality is "reputable" growth hackers - aren't sitting around on freelance sites waiting for you to hire them. If they are good, they are either (very) gainfully employed at a reputable company making very good salaries or more likely using our super powers to create multimillion dollar companies. So the bad news is there is no platform where you can hire reputable growth hackers BUT here is what you can do:
You can borrow some of their time on here for just a few dollars a minute and learn what you need to learn to do it yourself (or at least get started) or find courses to learn "growth hacking" yourself. Get the tips, learn the techniques, tons of free resources and sites too.
Unfortunately there are no silver bullets and very seldom magic hires that will suddenly get you growth. It's a painful, iterative long process.
And the term growth hacker is very broad. Some of us can help you with SEO/SEM, email list building, partnerships and PR (I'm heavily specialized in PR).
TL:DR Talk to specialized growth hackers, learn, and apply the techniques yourself.
you can direct hire from www.freelancer.com, share your target and goals. you will get the good response of experience peoples.
or
You can direct give request call from Clarity.fm
Right here on clarity by reaching out via message, follwing the growth hacker hashtag paying attention to engagement rates on Twitter and Instagram. Would also look up variations of what growth hacking means at its core to widen your search for strategists who don't list themselves as self proclaimed growth hackers.
The best way is to go to growthhackers.com. It's where most of us growth hackers spend our time during non-working hours :) Here in clarity I'm not sure how many of us are working on growth hacking, but I personally run a CRO and growth agency. Anytime you need to chat, simply let me know.
Contact Vincent Dignan.
Saw him at SXSW 2016.

I believe you can get help from Upwork: https://www.upwork.com/hire/growth-hackers/
Besides if you do have any questions give me a call: https://clarity.fm/joy-brotonath
There is roughly 5,000 growth hacker globally. This might surprise you as that sounds too small. Let me be very specific now.
I'm talking about real growth hackers, these are guys who original techniques are rooted in black-hat strategies and have migrated to the gray area. So why does it seem so many growth hackers out there, they focus on white hat techniques that are open to the public anyone can learn and do. The gray area techniques are secrets.
Why secrets, the less people know about them the longer they work for. 99.47% of growth hacks fail for this exact reason. So the more secretive the growth hack the better it works.
So what does this mean to you, your not going to find the best guys on freelancing sites or other expert networks that are widely available.
You need to network, and find the right person by getting to know them. Why, it's because if they are going to use their gray area techniques on your company they have to trust you.
Final note, on gray area, this is legal means, but not well known to the public. These techniques push the edge of many things without breaking them.
I hope this is helpful....

What is the best way for a social media startup to get new users, aside from friends and family?
Always look for the free avenues first before putting down any dollars as you are running lean as it is. Look to on-line forums, groups in your target market that are discussing the subject area and begin engaging and sharing insights to show credibility for your offering. As you move forward, begin to request advice in developing the basic product offering. You can then start providing incentives like entries into a draw to this focused target market, as opposed to general contact lists that get very little conversions (unless it is a targeted e-mail list). This should get you started.SK

How do you send traffic to OLD posts on your blog/site? Got any ideas for recycling quality and timeless content?
If you have a self-hosted Wordpress blog, there is a great free plugin called "Tweet Old Posts" which will promote older posts on a schedule you set. http://wordpress.org/plugins/tweet-old-post/ It works really well and is simple to setup. Cheers, HaniHM

What are the best tools to use for growing social media reach?
Hi! Happy to answer this question. Initially, I'd ask "what are you tracking at present?" And "what are your goals?" Software wise, I love to use a few tools for Twitter. Hootsuite to schedule relevant content (and not all tweets should be scheduled--happy to touch on this more), Tweetreach to get a feel for impressions/influencers who HAVE been engaging (in my mind, impressions are KEY, more so than Follower count because hashtags can help you reach more people) and Sprout Social for a more in depth view of your Twitter analytics. Getting more visibility/followers: what hashtags are you using? How often do you acknowledge those who follow you (new followers vs existing followers)? Are you just sharing autoscheduled content and links OR are you creating conversations? Hashtags wise: find those that have a community already centered around them! *You don't want to "hashtag hijack" however, tags like #smallbiz #blogchat #_________ specific to your industry or ideal client's industry can go a long way. Other tools that people use to track community and engagement include Sum All, and Commun It https://commun.it/ Once you start tracking impressions (and monitoring growth vs plateaus) you can then go back and look at your content to see which posts generated the most response/engagement. Again, just want to emphasize that creating conversations and asking questions are great methods to do all of the things you are looking to accomplish.JM

What is the best social media app for a social media agency to manage client accounts?
Hey! So if you just need it for purely scheduling, Buffer is no-fuss and I would 100% recommend them. BUT if you want to manage comments/engagements, have in-depth reporting and analytics, I would recommend Sprout Social. I haven't tried Hubspot before, but I've used Sendible and Planable. If you need clients or a "higher up" to approve posts, Planable can do it, but they can't auto post to IG (you have to schedule it, then the phone app notifies you) which is one of the main blockers. If Sprout Social is out of your budget, I recommend checking out Social Report! It's what I use when I need complete management but I use Buffer for when I need just scheduling. Hope this helps, LMK if you have questions.BT

How would you go about finding your intial target market/user group for a business social network?
I have to ask: Did you already develop your product? The best advice, which I love, is from Seth Godin. He said something along the lines of "Don't find customers for your product, find products for your customers." Always start with a customer you want to be in service to, and look to solve their problems.LT
