MenuOn which platforms can I find a reputable Growth Hacker for hire?
This question has no further details.

The reality is "reputable" growth hackers - aren't sitting around on freelance sites waiting for you to hire them. If they are good, they are either (very) gainfully employed at a reputable company making very good salaries or more likely using our super powers to create multimillion dollar companies. So the bad news is there is no platform where you can hire reputable growth hackers BUT here is what you can do:
You can borrow some of their time on here for just a few dollars a minute and learn what you need to learn to do it yourself (or at least get started) or find courses to learn "growth hacking" yourself. Get the tips, learn the techniques, tons of free resources and sites too.
Unfortunately there are no silver bullets and very seldom magic hires that will suddenly get you growth. It's a painful, iterative long process.
And the term growth hacker is very broad. Some of us can help you with SEO/SEM, email list building, partnerships and PR (I'm heavily specialized in PR).
TL:DR Talk to specialized growth hackers, learn, and apply the techniques yourself.

you can direct hire from www.freelancer.com, share your target and goals. you will get the good response of experience peoples.
or
You can direct give request call from Clarity.fm

Right here on clarity by reaching out via message, follwing the growth hacker hashtag paying attention to engagement rates on Twitter and Instagram. Would also look up variations of what growth hacking means at its core to widen your search for strategists who don't list themselves as self proclaimed growth hackers.
The best way is to go to growthhackers.com. It's where most of us growth hackers spend our time during non-working hours :) Here in clarity I'm not sure how many of us are working on growth hacking, but I personally run a CRO and growth agency. Anytime you need to chat, simply let me know.

There is roughly 5,000 growth hacker globally. This might surprise you as that sounds too small. Let me be very specific now.
I'm talking about real growth hackers, these are guys who original techniques are rooted in black-hat strategies and have migrated to the gray area. So why does it seem so many growth hackers out there, they focus on white hat techniques that are open to the public anyone can learn and do. The gray area techniques are secrets.
Why secrets, the less people know about them the longer they work for. 99.47% of growth hacks fail for this exact reason. So the more secretive the growth hack the better it works.
So what does this mean to you, your not going to find the best guys on freelancing sites or other expert networks that are widely available.
You need to network, and find the right person by getting to know them. Why, it's because if they are going to use their gray area techniques on your company they have to trust you.
Final note, on gray area, this is legal means, but not well known to the public. These techniques push the edge of many things without breaking them.
I hope this is helpful....

What are some tips for finding non-generic hashtags on Instagram?
I'd recommend defining what type of art you are seeking to find on Instagram. For example, optical art is a specific type of art. After some searching on Instagram, I was able to find #opart, which focuses on this particular type of artwork. To become more noticed on Instagram, I'd recommend finding a niche. Instead of creating an Instagram account about art, a better strategy would be to create an account about a specific type of art such as optical illusion artwork. The more specific you are about your niche, the better you are positioned to grow on the Instagram platform.

What is the best way for a social media startup to get new users, aside from friends and family?
Always look for the free avenues first before putting down any dollars as you are running lean as it is. Look to on-line forums, groups in your target market that are discussing the subject area and begin engaging and sharing insights to show credibility for your offering. As you move forward, begin to request advice in developing the basic product offering. You can then start providing incentives like entries into a draw to this focused target market, as opposed to general contact lists that get very little conversions (unless it is a targeted e-mail list). This should get you started.

As a freelance marketing, I currently offer a plethora of services. Should I scale back to offer one service?
Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here, I launched a consulting business almost 10 years ago to leverage my Masters in Strategy and experience with several successful startups. I merged business coaching with marketing and for the past 9 years have been helping small-large organizations globally. All clients are acquired through zero cold calling. I have learned through the years to ask, what is your experience level? Did you take a course on marketing and are now launching a business or do you have a degree or relevant networks that can boost your launch? - This is important for you to answer honestly because the digital marketing industry has become really crowded, marketing has become jargon for anything that has to do with sales, advertising, networking and marketing. So don't get fooled by the word marketing, make a plan on how you advertise your clients' services, but you can also use that yourself. I think the experience question is relevant for you because as an SEO expert as you mentioned you were since you offer the service, I would expect you have a decent traffic to your website from the right prospects, and if you are an experienced or actual marketer - you would know just how to create a funnel system for your website so that you are capturing leads as much as possible - telling you just what services are being requested the most by your prospect audience. If this sounds brisk, I apologize; I just want to make sure my thoughts are clear on the how you can approach and where your level of value might be which could lead you to offer a limited number of services that you are also 100% awesome at, because your initial clients can be a great source of validation and the last thing you want is to not deliver and delight. As a marketer and strategist, I can guarantee you that having a niche is more beneficial than offering many services. What are successful social media marketing strategies to reach physicians?
I work extensively in the healthcare market. In particular I have quite a bit of experience marketing to MDs and other healthcare providers. And in my experience - that audience is not likely to be reached via social media. Medical professionals (particularly MDs) are mainly offline. Online business related activity is generally limited to reading journals and correspondence with other medical professionals. In fact - they have such a huge "target" painted on their back that they are very challenging to market TO at all. This is not to say that you can't be successful in working with them. Only that if you "target" them you're likely to get stonewalled. I'm curious why you are intent on reaching them in this manner (i.e. social media)? One of the main tenets I teach my coaching students is to find out where your market is... Not to choose a form of media (i.e. twitter, FB, etc) and hope to reach them there. You may have greater success (and waste less time/money) re-thinking your business model. I can certainly help with this if you decide to go in that direction. In any case - Best of luck!

What is the best social media app for a social media agency to manage client accounts?
Hey! So if you just need it for purely scheduling, Buffer is no-fuss and I would 100% recommend them. BUT if you want to manage comments/engagements, have in-depth reporting and analytics, I would recommend Sprout Social. I haven't tried Hubspot before, but I've used Sendible and Planable. If you need clients or a "higher up" to approve posts, Planable can do it, but they can't auto post to IG (you have to schedule it, then the phone app notifies you) which is one of the main blockers. If Sprout Social is out of your budget, I recommend checking out Social Report! It's what I use when I need complete management but I use Buffer for when I need just scheduling. Hope this helps, LMK if you have questions.
