Best referral marketing plugins during checkout if using Stripe?

I'm trying to craft our referral marketing and affiliate program for our company and trying to find a solution that works with Stripe. We are on a budget and I've looked at the solutions on Stripes integration page. Any suggestions for plugins that allow you to incentivize the user at checkout with discounts or money instead of having to develop a solution from scratch?

Have you checked out http://www.leaddyno.com/ They integrate with stripe. But I'd need know what kind of business you have. Ecommerce? SaaS? Marketplace?

Majority charge a relatively high monthly fee so if you think you'd use it often might be worth just paying a dev a few hundred bucks to build out something quick.

What platform are you currently using? Right now, one of my favorite affiliate systems for WordPress is https://affiliatewp.com/. It's easy to use and setup to create an affiliate program for any website that uses WordPress (and Stripe with another e-commerce system).

What platform are you building your site on? What are you expecting the plugin to do at checkout.
