The Third Party logistic firms have created a gap in the supply chain resulting in high operation costs to themselves and bad customer experience for retailers. The solution is teaming up with the retailers to fix the flaw.
If I was you I would talk to those companies that have had great approach with retailers and learn from them. Some of this companies (not limit to this list) are: Reserve, Foursquare, Yelp, Density, Estimote
