Firstly congrats on the new page. I would suggest to make it with WordPress because the CMS is very useful. But if you have any WordPress Developer i would suggest to make a custom theme so you're site would look more professional and more dynamic. The key of the WordPress is that the CMS lets you do things more easy than the other platforms. So my answer is YES you should do it with WordPress.
