For a Facebook business page, if I switch to view the page as my personal account I noticed I have been able to tag some non-friends in fb videos but not others. From what I can tell, the non-friends I was able to tag are friends of people I am friends with. Does that sound correct? If so, would I be able to tag the non-friends (that are not friends of friends) if they liked the business page?
It depend of if they have security settings that their accounts could tagged anonim posts.
