MenuI have done idealization of my B-plan please suggest when I should get my company registered?
This question has no further details.
Answers
If it's an online venture better to get a prototype or proof of concept ready before spending on registration.
I just saw that this question hasn't been answered for 7 months and thought I would share my opinion, so you have at least something to go on. If you are thinking to get your company registered, you should register it instantly. You can make all the business plans in the world but unless you try it out to see if it works, you'll never know! Business is fast paced, chances are your b-plan is already outdated by now but I hope you went for it or will register it momentarily.
I by no means am an expert, but I take from the school of thought that there is no real reason to get your company registered until you start gaining revenue. In fact, I'd spend some time finding out what exactly your audience is looking for before even going any further. It's too easy to assume we know what people actually want instead of asking.
I'd check out Malcolm Bell's blog on how he used a survey and a landing page to get over 10,700 users for Mailcloud in 5 weeks before even creating the prototype (http://malcolmbell.net/2014/02/28/my-mailcloud-app-10000-users-in-first-2-weeks/). Bell will give you some great ideas on how to start your business on a dime.

Would I be able to find a job based on the skills I learned being an "entrepreneur" if my startup doesn't succeed?
Just because your startup didn’t or won’t succeed doesn’t mean it was a failure or you are. In the start up lifestyle you get to learn things that other individuals at larger corporations don’t. You understand what it is like to raise money, work with little to no money, and really pour your soul in to your company. If your startup comes to an end, many companies would love to hire someone with your passion and who is willing to do the small stuff to get to the top. Entrepreneurs think differently than others so it is great to have that point of view in any office setting. I don’t think you should have a problem finding another job in the start up world or continuing as a financial analyst but many companies would love to have you on their team to bring a different dynamic to their company. If you want to discuss anything further feel free to set up a call with me ☺LC

Wondering how to find a mentor that's correct for me?
That's fine. How can I review your web app? Is there a web address where I can download it or should we do it on a call? I have developed over 50 web and mobile apps, so I can provide the guidance you need. I would be happy to schedule a call with you to review your web app. BruceBC

What are the best strategies to stop moving from one business idea to the next and start implementing one of them?
I'd suggest doing three things to narrow down the field: 1.Try to sketch the business model for the startup idea http://businessmodelgeneration.com/canvas 2.Get good at doing quick and dirty market sizing of opportunities 3.Check if you are passionate enough about the idea to potentially spend the next 5-8 years of your life in making it successful Based on a collective evaluation of the above three, you might be able to zero in on a few ideas to investigate further (e.g. building a prototype, customer development, etc.)MB

I just set up an S-corporation for my business. How do I go about paying myself?
If you are the officer of the S-corporation working substantially in the business then you should draw a reasonable salary. You do this by treating yourself as an employee and running your wages through payroll, withholding payroll taxes, etc. You can learn more about that at https://gethelptax.com/how-to-pay-yourself-from-an-s-corp/MJ

We have just started a new online business (job related) - what is the best way to drive new traffic and users to the site?
Develop a good sense of who these type of users are... you might find that they congregate on Twitter - therefore you should focus on building a good following there. Maybe your demographic doesn't use social media in which case you have find them in person and find the common places of where online do they go to when 'online' and or what do they subscribe to. Local listings are also a big help when wanting to leverage google searches in your area, obviously good SEO. Facebook groups could be a good place just as meetup could be... but depending on your target market.HV
