MenuWhich platform is the best to host my online seminars?
I'm also looking for which platform would be best to sell my online seminars?
Answers
We've used MeetingBurner with success for our webinars. The price point for a large audience is not too high. It also has recording and automated webinar capabilities.
I just listened to Marshall Goldsmith and Joseph Grenny on Telenect. It was a great interactive experience. Split screens with a lot of choices...telenect.com
There are 3 that could work: udemy.com, usefedora.com or zenler.com
Rabb.it is also an option
Combo Options (Host + Sell)
If you want to both host live seminars and sell them through the same platform:
Kajabi - for a premium, all-in-one experience
Podia - more affordable, supports live webinars and product sales
Teachable with Zoom integration - recorded and live seminars can be bundled.

🎯 Book a slot with me - I’d be happy to walk you through proven strategies and help you set up a seamless seminar + sales system.
If you want to host online seminars, the best platform depends on your goals—Zoom is the most popular because it’s easy to use, reliable, and lets you interact live with attendees. It works well for seminars with live Q&A, screen sharing, and even breakout rooms for small group discussion.
But if you want something more advanced—like collecting emails, selling tickets, or doing automated replays—then WebinarJam or Demio are great picks.
They’re built specifically for webinars, not just meetings, and they help you market your seminar like a pro.
You can also send reminder emails, track who attends, and even follow up with people who missed it.
For free or low-budget options, Google Meet or YouTube Live also work—especially if you’re just getting started and want something simple with no cost.
Pro tip: If your goal is to grow an email list or sell a product during the seminar, go with a platform like WebinarJam, Demio, or Zoom with email integrations.
Want your seminar to feel professional and smooth for your audience? Start with Zoom if you want live interaction, or try WebinarJam for a full-featured seminar tool that helps you grow.
Let me know if you have any question or help with anything.
Choosing the best platform to host your online seminars depends largely on your specific needs, such as audience size, interactivity, ease of use, and budget. Platforms like Zoom are incredibly popular due to their robust features, including breakout rooms, screen sharing, and real-time chat, making them ideal for engaging workshops and interactive sessions. For those looking to combine webinar hosting with marketing tools, platforms like WebinarJam or Demio offer seamless integrations with email marketing services and CRM systems, which can help grow your audience and nurture leads. If you prefer an all-in-one solution for live events and on-demand content, platforms like Hopin and GoToWebinar provide comprehensive event management tools and analytics to measure engagement. Additionally, consider the technical skill level of your attendees. User-friendly interfaces that require minimal setup can enhance participation and reduce technical difficulties. Ultimately, the best platform is one that aligns with your seminar goals, supports your desired level of interaction, and offers reliable connectivity to ensure a smooth, professional experience for both you and your audience.

How do I start a new Montessori school?
Are you pursuing a for-profit or non-profit model for your school? Do you have an education background? Are you certified to run Montessori school? Initial recommendations: •Investigate the California Department of Education requirements for operating an educational institution. •Investigate the requirements for the two accrediting bodies for Montessori: AMS <http://amshq.org/School-Resources/AMS-School-Accreditation> and AMI <http://amiusa.org/>. While not required, private schools are reputation-based and accreditation plays into your brand equity. •Investigate the requirements for the regional independent school accrediting body. While not required, many Montessori schools struggle to keep enrollment through elementary and middle school as parents expectations shift to college preparation, which Montessori does not have strong brand recognition for, and adopt a academic rigor / progressive education model of education accredited by a regional independent schools association for credibility. While starting with kindergarten frees you from the state early childhood childcare regulations, which can be onerous, it also cuts off your funnel. As a school brand, Montessori is precisely strongest at the very early ages, so you may have a challenge attracting families who already started their child with a Montessori school that has a preschool. Many Montessori school start with 18-month infant & parent programs. Best regards, Keith GilletteKG

Where can I find a reliable academic writing resource?
Sleep plays a crucial role in academic success, yet it’s often overlooked by college students juggling classes, assignments, and social activities https://www.collegenews.com/article/importance-of-sleep-in-academic-performance/ . Quality sleep enhances memory consolidation, concentration, and problem-solving skills, all of which are essential for learning and performing well in exams. Lack of sleep, on the other hand, can lead to decreased focus, increased stress, and poor decision-making. Prioritizing regular sleep schedules can significantly boost cognitive functions, improve mood, and enhance overall academic performance. College isn’t just about hard work—it’s about working smart, and good sleep is a key part of that strategy!AF

What is the best way to advertise an online educational service?
Others have addressed social media here. Sure, that is important, but is only one piece of the puzzle. A comprehensive --- and tested --- marketing plan is the key. As a former CMO for an international higher education student-centric nonprofit that depended on direct/integrated marketing for 80% of its success, I suggest that looking at any and all channels is imperative. If you do not have a quality direct marketing list, then going to where potential students --- and their parents --- are going will be the biggest key. On the web, that will be the most-visited relevant sites that enable you retarget via companies like AdRoll. The other concern is the ever-expanding use of ad blockers. Therefore, simply "advertising" is not as powerful as it once was. Becoming a resource that will draw people to your site and blog will naturally increase your exposure via Google and other search engines over time. This is just a cursory overview, since I do not know your exact product and business plan. Feel free to reach out if you'd like to further discuss your challenges.JB

UDEMY: How to detect which niche is still profitable?
I've had great experience as a user of Udemy and write my own courses but offer those privately for my clients. It's always better to build a course that answers a specific need. Think about the avatar for your business. You can't meet everyone's needs. Build a course with no more than 8 segments or modules with 4 - 8 learning segments within each module. You will allow the user to achieve rapid and measurable results by completing each section and ending each module with an assessment (quiz) that further validates learning the skill. Udemy is easy to use so you will have a broad audience looking for specific needs.JE
