My true calling is in supporting businesses and leaders on development. With 20 years of in-house L&D experience in UNESCO and Google including the design and delivery of capacity building, leadership and sales coaching programs around the world, I launched my own executive coaching, consulting and leadership development business in 2021, to support companies and startups to elevate their leadership and drive groundbreaking results.
With a strong passion for startups, emerging businesses and markets, I have supported startups for 2 decades, ranging from content leadership for a Dutch Education company, to mentoring startups in Ghana (MEST), Senegal (Faro) and India to building partnerships and programs to help founders and investors grow their businesses as APAC Head of Venture Capital and Startups Ecosystem under Google Cloud.
During my career, I built & led teams and programs across functions driving revenue as big as >$10B. In 2011, I moved to China to lead export consultancy for Google; Upon identifying the untapped business opportunity, I pitched the idea of an APAC wide consultancy team in Google, and then resourced, built and scaled this team across the region, partnering with thousands of businesses across all industries on their global expansion. My leadership journey includes working in 8 countries with in-country as well as remote management and scaled leadership.
