There are 2 types of marketers: the brand marketers and the empirical conversion marketers. With the advent of the digital age, people are spending too much time obsessing about optimizing funnels or converting, and not enough time thinking about the brand values and promises. Don't get me wrong, both types of marketers are important. You need a brand marketer than can speak to the customer’s heart, and an empirical conversion marketer that can speak to the customer’s head.

Think of Instagram Users as Fish, and Instagram Hashtags as Hooks. Instagram allows you to use 30 Hashtags on a post [at the moment], so why not use all 30 Hashtags or hooks. The more hooks you have in the water, the more fish you’re likely to catch. It’s not the best analogy, but I think it might help you understand Instagram Hashtags more.
Universities themselves are getting rid of the traditional learning environment and instead using “flipped classrooms” whereby some of the content is delivered to students online - I experienced this. If major Universities are flipping the script, then I’d say that online courses have a good future. I particularly think that courses online will get shorter over the next few years as people becoming increasingly time-poor. Call me if you have any follow up questions.
