Building an Effective B2B Sales Strategy

I'm new to Clarity, but here's what I most often get asked about by startup founders:
- How do you prioritise industries, markets, regions, countries to focus on?
- Once you’ve prioritised target sectors, what’s your value proposition for these targets?
- How do you define an effective, replicable sales process that a sales team can use to take new opportunities from initial lead through to contracted revenue?
- What sort of sales team do you need – direct vs indirect; field sales vs inside sales?
- how do you get parters / resellers on board and get them selling?
- how do you recruit, train, motivate and lead a B2B sales team?
