Top 6 Signs Your Startup Is in Big Trouble...

1. Investors are giving you advice, you ignore it, and then they stop offering help.
2. As the main leader, you're worried about winning awards, "coaching" people, and speak at conferences.
3. You don't know these basic numbers...cost to acquire a customer, cost per lead, and customer lifetime value
4. You're not keeping this basic startup rule...never have more than 70% of your revenue come from more than 30% of your customers.
