Nima is clever, organized, lovable, and hustles like few others in our company -- she's always the first one in and often the last one out.
I throw a lot of stuff at her and she somehow keeps track of it every week, she's always prepared for our daily and weekly meetings, and brings extensive knowledge about marketing tools and techniques to the table -- she's constantly reading up on the best marketers in the industry, even obscure ones you've never heard of. I never have to worry about her getting the job done or letting details slip through the cracks -- almost every time I elaborate on projects or campaigns or suggest tips/tricks, she's often already beat me to it.
