Nigel works with organisational leaders to improve their performance through their main source of competitive advantage - their culture. He has over 20 years of experience in business consulting, change and digital transformation with organisations such as Gemini Consulting, Capgemini and BAE Systems. Through this experience, Nigel came to realise that large scale organisational change is not a programmatic activity, but something much more organic, driven by the beliefs and behaviours of everyone in the organisation. Having been inside hundreds of companies through his experience of living and working across Europe, he is passionate about making the workplace a more inspiring and rewarding place to be. Nigel speaks English and Dutch, and is learning Spanish.
