Nicole Huque leads the Board & CEO advisory practice at K&A , one of the top 50 retained executive search firms in North America. Her clients include Fortune 100’s, leading Private Equity firms, large multinationals, government agencies, and pre-IPO start-ups.
Prior to joining K&A, she served as Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Executive Recruitment for multi-billion-dollar divisions of B/E Aerospace and Coca-Cola. She brings over 15 years of experience in executive search, board advisory and leadership development.
Ms. Huque holds a bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Waterloo in Canada, and MBA with specializations in Finance and Marketing from Pace University - Lubin School of Business in New York.
