I’m a National Team member of Artistic Gymnastics and 8 times Provincial Champion. I eat, sleep and breath fitness and will not sugar coat ANYTHING. I currently train about 20 hours a week have 5% body fat. I weight 155 and I’m 5’7. ANY advice on fitness or just a health life style I can provide with food and nutrition plans. Confidence is also my game. You have to have it to be successful, but know the lines of TOO much confidence.
