I am the Worship Pastor at one of the top 100 fastest growing churches in America. I help lead a team of 4 campuses to create compelling content and live events that people love to be a part of. I also work to creative and cast vision that volunteers want to give their time towards.
I love to talk about anything from the creative process and event planning, to lighting design, production, performance and music. Helping create environments that volunteers want to check out and want to stick is difficult. Sometimes it helps to get an outside view!
