While working with Nadine on a few different projects I have come to recognize the large amount of skill, tact, and effort she has and puts into her work. I have never worked with a UX designer with such an ability to create consensus within a group of people all with differing opinions about how a UI should work. Nadine also has an amazing ability to sit in a meeting, take extraordinary notes and then show up at the next meeting (even if only the next day) with a complete set of wire frames and mock-ups.
